Can you imagine buying a house without seeing it first?

We did. We had been working with Ric and Daniella for two years, searching for investment properties, a home for retirement, an ideal home for an accelerated retirement, just in case. Ric and Daniella came to know our family so well. Every time we visited or spoke, we felt as though we were their only clients and very dear friends. Ric and our son had deep discussions about moving, and our daughter just thought the world of Daniella. Both kids always chose to drive with Ric and Daniella when we looked at properties – they have the best snacks and make excellent conversation. After two years of turning over every stone and considering every option, the perfect home popped up. Ric and Daniella dashed over and did a facetime walk through, choosing bedrooms for both kids and identifying perfect spaces to store our prolific library. They just KNEW us so well.
